Where the Genebank Platform is the exclusive copyright holder, conditions for reuse of photographs displayed on the Site are the same as those for other content, with the exception that photographs must not be modified without the Genebank Platform’s prior written consent. The parties shall accept the arbitral award as final. The language of any such proceedings shall be English.
To the extent that there exists more than one language version of these Terms and there is any inconsistency between the versions, the English version shall always prevail.
